Email Proxy
Send transactional email through many providers from one endpoint, with automatic failover.
Multi-Provider Email Proxy · Available
Core Capabilities
- 01.
Multi-provider routing
Applications send to one endpoint; the proxy picks which email provider handles the message.
- 02.
Automatic failover
When a provider fails or hits its quota, sending moves to a backup provider.
- 03.
Delivery metrics & logs
Track delivery rate, bounces, and complaints per application, with a log you can trace.
Product Screens
The interfaces below illustrate how the product works. Screens are shown in Indonesian, as they are in the product. Figures, table names and batch codes are sample data, not production data.
The Problem It Solves
Transactional email usually sits on one provider. When that provider has an outage, gets throttled, or runs out of quota, messages stall and the team finds out from users who never got notified. Adding another provider often means changing code in every application.

- DevOps / SRE teams
- Applications with many tenants or clients
Key Features
One endpoint for every app
Each application has its own credentials, but all of them go through the same proxy.
Per-application routing and quota
Set the primary provider, a backup, and volume limits for each application.
Failover between providers
A provider that fails or exceeds quota is replaced automatically, and the event is recorded.
Delivery metrics
See delivery rate, bounce rate, and complaints in one dashboard.
Per-application logs
Trace which email went through which provider, including its final status.
Email status webhooks
Delivered, bounced, and complaint statuses are forwarded back to your application.
How It Works
- 01Point your applications at the Email Proxy endpoint with their own credentials.
- 02The proxy forwards each message to the provider that is active at that moment, backup included.
- 03Watch delivery and per-application metrics; when a provider fails, traffic shifts to another one.
Frequently Asked Questions
Email Proxy works with any email provider that has an API or an SMTP endpoint, internal relays included. Running today are Mailgun, SMTP in general, and Amazon SES; other providers can be added based on your team's needs.
